    • Passport: Travel with a passport valid for the period required by your airline and Zambian immigration authorities, with sufficient blank pages.

    • Visa: Requirements depend on nationality. Check the official Zambia Department of Immigration lists before purchasing non-refundable travel, and use the official e-Services portal where an advance visa is required.

    • Health and insurance: Comprehensive medical and travel insurance is strongly recommended and is compulsory for the optional Travel Mates excursions. Seek professional travel-health advice on malaria prevention and routine vaccinations well before departure.

    • Yellow fever: A certificate may be required depending on the country from which you arrive or through which you transit. Confirm the requirement for your full itinerary with official health and immigration sources.

    Airport: Kenneth Kaunda International Airport (LUN) is the main international gateway for Lusaka.

    Delegates should allow time for immigration, baggage collection and any currency or SIM-card requirements before meeting their transfer.

    Airport-to-hotel transfer: A pre-arranged transfer option is available at US$35. The final passenger/vehicle basis and payment instructions will be confirmed at booking.
